Have Made It

I will have made it each day, when the sun kisses the treetops,
And when I have wandered amongst foreign city mornings before they open the shops,
I will have made it each day when another's bitter drips into an embrace,
And when my father loops back my veil of ivory wedding lace,
I will have made it when I have stayed and when I've roamed,
And forever will I have made it, when the stars call me back home.
